WATCH: Princess Anne Sweetly Coaches Her Mother Queen Elizabeth II on Video Conferencing
If you've been using video conferencing in place of work meetings or to catch up with friends and family, then you know how tricky it can be. Someone might have their mute button on and not realize it. Or, sitting too low and not quite in the picture.
And, British royals are not immune to these mishaps. ITV is working on a documentary to celebrate Princess Anne's 70th birthday, which is on August 15, and in a teaser we get a glimpse of her life in Windsor.
The clip begins with Princess Anne on-screen, welcoming her mother to the call, aka Her Majesty. Queen Elizabeth II greets the group, saying, "Good morning. I'm very glad to have been able to join you."
And like anyone new to video calls, she can't see all six people but only four. Princess Anne laughs it off, cheekily saying to her mother, "As you don't need me. You know what I look like."
You can take a peek at the sweet familial exchange below:

The documentary, Anne: The Princess Royal at 70, airs on ITV in the U.K. We're guessing it's not going to head stateside but possibly it will be available via streaming at some point.
Even so, this quick clip is quite enjoyable on its own.
Can you relate to managing the nuances of video conferencing?
