If you've been enjoying Tom Hiddleston as Loki in the Thor and Avengers movie franchises, and now the Loki TV series, you will be getting more of the God of Mischief.
Hiddleston was asked by Deadline Hollywood, if there will be a second season, which he danced around in true Loki style, saying, "I have learned, at this point, having said goodbye to the character more than twice, two and a half times maybe, to make no assumptions."
We will say, this interview took place prior to the Loki finale, with Hiddleston hinting, "We’ll see where the ride goes now."
If you've watched the entire series, all the way through to the credits, then you may already know, at the end, we see Loki's case file, with a stamp on it, that reads, "Loki will return in season 2." If you need further evidence, you can take a look at a screenshot via Variety.
Circling back to Hiddleston's answer above, it appears, he will be playing Loki again.
In addition to "dancing," Hiddleston did some singing in Loki, and his song 'Very Full' has recently landed on Billboard.
If you give it a listen and you can't make out the words, that's because it's in Asgardian, his native language:
There's no word on when the second season might premiere, but that would be kind of expecting a lot, as the first season just concluded.
In the meantime, you can look for Loki in The Simpsons short, 'The Good, the Bart and the Loki'.
