Only Murders in the Building kicked off in 2021, starring Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez in the leads. The series, and all three stars, are returning for a second season. You can look for the forthcoming season on June 28 over at Hulu, reports ComingSoon.net.
As the title suggests, the first season revolved around a murder that took place in an apartment building. Martin, Short, and Gomez all play residents of the building, located in Manhattan. Prior to the murder, each were hooked on a true crime podcast. As the series rolls out, they gather clues about what happened to the dead man, sharing their findings with the public via their own DIY podcast.

In the next season, the three friends are the suspects in yet another murder in the building.
The official synopsis will help speed you up on what to expect: “In Season 2, following the shocking death of Arconia Board President Bunny Folger, Charles, Oliver & Mabel race to unmask her killer. However, three (unfortunate) complications ensue – the trio is publicly implicated in Bunny’s homicide, they are now the subjects of a competing podcast, and they have to deal with a bunch of New York neighbors who all think they committed murder.”
