J.K. Rowling is Releasing Four 'Harry Potter' E-Books
Harry Potter creator J.K. Rowling is set to release four e-books in the next few months, reports RadioTimes.
The new set of stories aren't going to continue the fantasy adventure per se, but go back and give us a more in-depth look at the classes taught at Hogwarts.
According to the HP fan-site Pottermore, the e-books will examine “the traditional folklore and magic at the heart of the Harry Potter stories."
The series is adapted from the audiobook Harry Potter: A History of Magic.
The first two books — A Journey Through Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts and A Journey Through Potions and Herbology — will release on June 27. The second two books' — A Journey Through Divination and Astronomy and A Journey Through Care of Magical Creatures — release dates are yet to be announced.
The e-books will include illustrations by artist Rohan Daniel Eason.
So, to sum it up, we have the original Harry Potter movies (2001-2011) and the prequel Fantastic Beast movies (2016-2018)... and now these e-books land somewhere in between.
Possibly it will be like sitting in class with Harry and friends.
Are you excited to get more Harry Potter??
