'Doctor Who' Stars Billie Piper, Stephen Fry and Russell Tovey Read Bedtime Stories on YouTube
Doctor Who alums Billie Piper, Stephen Fry, and Russell Tovey are among stars reading children's bedtime stories on YouTube for charity.
Dame Helen Mirren, Jude Law, Eddie Redmayne, Dame Julie Walters, and Lily James have also joined the U.K. version of the Save With Stories campaign, which has been a huge success in the U.S. since being launched by Amy Adams and Jennifer Garner earlier in the pandemic.
Piper reads The Dinky Donkey, a book for kindergarten-age kids written by Craig Smith, in her Save With Stories video. Tovey reads Love Monster by Rachel Bright, while Fry reads Margaret Sturton's recently published A Fox Called Herbert.

The U.K. version of Save With Stories is raising money for Save the Children’s Emergency Coronavirus Appeal, which is helping to support vulnerable kids and their families all over the world. A new bedtime story video is added to Save the Children's YouTube page at 5pm BST (12pm EST) each day. Singers Rita Ora, Paloma Faith, and Liam Payne, and actors Joely Richardson, Annabelle Wallis, and Poppy Delevingne have already read stories, too.
