One might think, Courtney Cox would have a lifetime all access pass to the Friends archives, but apparently that's not the case. She's just like us and has to rely on streaming services. And, she's not above actually purchasing the series via Amazon Prime.

She isn't going through the episodes for nostalgia or a walk down memory lane, but in fact, because when people ask her about the show, she's a little stumped.

Cox had a catch-up with late night host Jimmy Kimmel via Instagram, where she says, "I don't even remember being on the show!" It's not like it was a bad time and she's blocked it out (we hope!), saying, "I remember obviously loving everybody there and having fun being there, and certain times in my life that I was there, but I don't remember every episode. I fail every test!"

Oh boy. "Every" test is a lot of tests. Kimmel put together a Monica-only quiz, thinking she might remember her respective scenes. For example, one of the questions is, "Who peed on Monica's leg when stung by a jelly fish?"

We have a feeling you all know the answer to this, but did she?

While she may not win any Friends trivia nights in the near future, she hasn't given up. As mentioned above, Cox actually went ahead and purchased the series and is doing her studying.

Monica Geller is quite competitive, there is no way she would quit when facing a challenge. It seems Cox shares that quality with her fictional character.

It makes us think of Monica playing ping pong in Barbados.

Friends is a TV show embraced universally, still super popular in the U.S. and U.K.... and globally, for that matter.
