Sherlock and The Hobbit fave Martin Freeman returns to The Graham Norton Show tonight (January 14) to discuss his upcoming crime series The Responder. To whet your appetite, we’re taking a look back at all the times he was a charming, funny, and surprisingly candid guest on the show. 3. The time he opened up about his phobia of choking.
There is a lot to unpack here. First: Martin Freeman has clearly contemplated choking quite deeply. Second: He managed to choke on a handful of crisps – potato chips if you're American – which seems somewhat unlikely. Third: One time he choked at Andy Serkis's house.
