Game of Thrones actors Kit Harington and Aidan Gillen have already signed on for new roles — the miniseries Gunpowder and biopic James and Lucia, respectively. And they’re not alone.

Lena Headey, who plays (evil) Queen Cersei Lannister, spends her time on the show trying to hang onto the Iron Throne and plot her enemies’ downfall. Now, she’s hopped off her royal seat and parked herself on… a sofa.

No, she hasn’t become a couch potato. But in the new video for the English band Kasabian’s song “Ill Ray (The King),” she takes on a new, goofy persona. The actress, who stars here opposite Michael Socha (This Is England; Being Human), is barely recognizable with her brown hair, geeky glasses and raincoat with the hood up. She does eventually get off the couch to dance out the song for us.

The track is about being king for the day, although the somewhat bizarre video sees her “revive” Richard III (Socha) with a ritual involving cookies and candles, then go on a boozy date with him. Of course, Headey already knows what it feels like to be Queen — at least a fictional one — so she may just be the regenerated monarch’s ideal girlfriend.

In addition to being a music video muse, we can also look for Headey in the 2018 comedy Fighting with My Family, written and directed by Stephen Merchant, and also starring Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Vince Vaughn and Hannah Rae.
