Ron Howard is getting in on the social media game. Surely, he has his hands full directing the upcoming Star Wars spin-off, currently referred to as A Star Wars Story: Untitled Han Solo Film, but it is a bit of fun to be the one to share something cool going on.

Over the weekend (September 23) Howard posted a tweet, showing off a mist-covered set. It’s his caption that is the most revealing:

We can’t actually make out who we’re looking at in the above, but one eagle eye Twitter user noticed the shape of the helmets, guessing their origin:

Howard finished off the weekend with another update, wrapping up Emilia Clarke‘s (Game of Thrones) performance for the forthcoming film:

It didn’t stop there, Clarke took it upon herself to share the above via her Instagram, reciprocating the sentiment:

Clarke’s character is named Kira, but the details are pretty tightly wrapped, per usual when it comes to the Star Wars franchise. But we do know that the story follows Han Solo, played by Harrison Ford in the originals, and Chewbacca, his trusty right-hand Wookie, prior to joining the Rebellion.

Alden Ehrenreich (Beautiful Creatures) is set to play young Han Solo, with Donald Glover taking on the role of Lando Calrissian, made famous by Billy Dee Williams in 1980’s The Empire Strikes Back, followed by 1983’s Return of the Jedi. We can look for a handful of familiar faces, including Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Killing Eve, Fleabag), Thandie Newton (Westworld), Paul Bettany (The Avengers), Woody Harrelson (The Edge of Seventeen), and Warwick Davis, who made his film debut as a teenager in Return of the Jedi as an Ewok.

The Untitled Han Solo Film will hit theaters on May 25, 2018. It may seem a while off, but with these little updates, it keeps the anticipation at a high.
