Rather than typing out the phrase “untitled Wolverine project,” we can now use the actual title.

Which is … drumroll please … Logan.

And who can we thank for making this big reveal: Mr. Hugh Jackman himself.

The X-Men star turned to Twitter to share the new poster with fans:

We first met Wolverine in the X-Men series, debuting in 2000, and the sequels that followed. In 2009 there was the spinoff film, X-Men: Origins of Wolverine and The Wolverine in 2013. Logan is the third installment featuring Wolverine, releasing in 2017.

In other words, Jackman has been playing the role of James Howlett/Wolverine/Logan (whichever name you prefer) on and off for over 15 years.

Last year the actor posted this snap with a caption hinting his reign as Wolverine may be coming to an end:
