James Corden hosted a post-Super Bowl installment of The Late Late Show.
A bunch of movie trailers rolled out during the big event, but Corden reminded us the day is a celebration of sports (and Sir Elton John, of course). He pointed out that he didn’t actually play sports growing up and pulls his sporting memories from movies.
He recruited some celeb pals, Zac Efron, Anna Kendrick, and Adam DeVine, to help act out scenes from iconic sports movies like The Bad News Bears, Karate Kid, Field of Dreams, Chariots of Fire, Rocky I, II, III, and IV.
The group attempts to pull off a history of sports movies in less than seven minutes:
Efron, DeVine, Kendrick and Aubrey Plaza are set to star in the comedy Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, premiering on July 8.
