We already enjoy the antics of established bromances between Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart as well as James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender. We even examined a potential rivalry between the two respective couplings.

But is there a new match-up budding?

McAvoy stars with Daniel Radcliffe in the forthcoming Victor Frankenstein, and we get an itchy feeling McAvoy might be “cheating” on Fassbender with his new co-star.

McAvoy takes on the role of Victor Von Frankenstein, and Radcliffe is his right-hand man Igor. The story is pulled from Mary Shelley’s 19th century novel but is told from Igor’s perspective.

The film is expected to hit U.S. theaters on October 2, 2015.
