Wimbledon Tennis champion Andy Murray was one of ten people to be honored with an Officer of the Order Medal for his services to tennis, reports BBC News. Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, hosted the investiture ceremony on Thursday, October 17. This was the duke’s first time doing so, which illustrates additions to his public duties since leaving the Royal Air Force. In addition to being a tennis super star, Murray is now a member of the Order of the British Empire (OBE).
