We’ve all heard of pregnant women having unusual cravings. Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, has been snacking on lavender cookies, according to Marie Claire.

Apparently it goes beyond craving the flavor as it’s said lavender can counteract nausea with some women adding drops to their bath and soaking in it. Middleton’s step mother-in-law Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, kicked it up a notch by sending the Duchess boxes of the sweet treat.

These cookies – biscuits if you’re in England – are lavender-infused shortbread giving the treat a faint hint. If the aromatic ingredient is acting as a remedy than a bit of flower with your tea surely isn’t too much to swallow.

The sweets are sold by the London store Fortnum and Mason if you’d like to try them for yourself.
