I just stumbled across Top Gear from some commercials, so I’m not sure if the first one has been shown.

#1. Nissan 350Z - the first generation, not the one after when they changed the hood model.

#2. The new Chevrolet Stingray - featured in Transformers.

Oh - also - I just remembered - Nissan created this car with the idea of the Z, but in a more sporty type. It’s called the GT-R.

the GTR they did. jeremy had a neck injury from its cornering force lol.

i dont know about that 350z however. i know they did the new 370z recently and had it against the new bmw z4. and they generally shy away from american cars unless theyre something amazing or claimed to be so. so they probably have not done the car from transformers.

I pretty much figured that. There aren’t a good deal of American cars that I’d bother to see on the show, so I can see where they’re coming from. I’ll see if I can find the GTR episode - I’ve seen one driving around town, and at first I was impressed with it, but the more I see it, the less I like it.

Also - just found out that the Corvette Concept car is going to stay a concept car. They don’t have any plans on putting it into production. Pity. It’s a beautiful car with huge potential.

personally i think the GTR is amazing. anything that can get around the nurburgring faster than a mclaren F1 and still have a 10 speaker bose sound system and STILL is very good in the snow (i live in buffalo ny) and then on top of all that costs less than a hundred grand is an amazing piece of machinery. its also a good every day car as well. its automatic when you want it to be, and it is extremely comfortable to ride in.

Do a US Top Gear vs. UK Top Gear and maybe even Austrailia just like when the boys challenged D- Motor. I know I will get some critism about it, but they should test SSC Ultimate Aero because they will be truth and honest about it and people have an interest in seeing the worlds fastest car.

An in depth comparo pitting the new E63 against the current M5 and the CTS-V. And leave it open to do it again upon the arrivals of the CTS-V coupé and the new 4.4 liter TT M5. Now that’s what needs to happen before these guys can even think about creds. And why Tanner? He’s a chipmunk.

I’ve seen the episode where they test drove the new Honda Civic Type R, but we don’t have that car in the US. How about test driving the Honda Civic Sedan Si.

I would also like to see the new Taurus SHO.

First compare the pony cars Camaro, Mustang and Challenger. throw in European car to. then our large Suv’s with a land rover. Do some Jeeps, they could do some rock crawling. They could do some nascar racing and then yell and ask why they go in circles.  Finish with our American motorhomes (caravans) the bus type to race and smash.

Why have topgear compare to camaro, mustang, and challenger? They Already tested the mustang and challenger. Abovae all that Jeremey will most likely not sit in any of the 3. The only American car he really like was the ZR1 and that’s about it. And all the others, are not likelt to happen, but all still possible. Be interesting though.

Chevrotlet Cobalt SS.  Model year 08 or newer.  (The TURBO charged one, not the Supercharged one)  The TC will leave the SC in the dust.

This little car has 260HP and 260TQ and weighs less than 3000lbs.  It’s relatively quick in a straight line but really shines on a road course.  It set the STOCK front wheel drive record at the “Ring”.  Even the likes of the newest 300HP “Euro only” Ford couldn’t best it there…  It deserves a shot at your test track w/the STIG at the wheel.  Be prepared to have this $24k car embarrass a LOT of much more expensive cars… (Probably the reason it’s not be given a shot at the track)
