I have ridden in an LP640, and it is amazing!
This may not be a ‘super car’, but I saw a Maserati Quattroporte. I was driving downtown (Spokane) late last summer and saw it. I was lucky enough to have my windows down so I could hear that beautiful throaty Ferrari V8.
Living in Los Angeles, expensive cars are a fairly common site. I’ve seen dozens of Bentley Continentals, as well as Gallardos, a few Ferrari 430s, lots of Maseratis, and a bunch of other expensive cars.
I live near some of the richest towns in New Jersey and I frequently have the pleasure of spending time in Miami, Daytona, Sebring, Las Vegas, Park city, and in the Hamptons. I wouldn’t even know where to start.
I’ve seen several BMW 7series, 6series, 5series, 3series, Z3s, Z4s, Challengers(new ones), Porsche Boxster, Cayman, Cayenne, Mercedes-Benz S-classes, C-classes, E-classes, CLKs, SL55s, CL 500, G-class, Audi A4, S5,A6, A8, and TT Quattros
I’m not sure any of the ones I left in there are supercars, rare, or imports worth mentioning. Granted, the S-Classe is quite expensive, but they’re still fairly common.
There’s a F430 Scuderia in my neighbor’s garage, and a few Lotus Esprit’s down the street. I think there’s a Vanquish on the next street over, as well. Oh, and an R8 somewhere in our neighborhood. We live near BP’s headquarters, so there’s a lot of very wealthy people hanging around between trips to Saudi Arabia.
I’ve seen, Lamborghini Gallardo, Rolls Royce, a Lotus Elise, of course Porsches, a couple new Challengers, and a blown up Ferrari V8 just the engine though, no car. pretty impressive seeing as how i live in Alaska
WOW!! Those are some nice cars. Here in Colorado, mainly the surrounding neighborhoods of Denver(capital), These kinds of cars are quite rare to see driving by.. I did recenty saw a Mercedes-Benz CLS, and a Nissan 300ZX
I have seen a boatload of cars. Too many to get into.
The best I have seen is either an SLR McMerc, Porsche Carrera GT or, and this may sound pedestrian, but every time I see a late model 911 Turbo, it makes my day a happy one. I love that car.
I saw an Aston DBS in Phoenix of all places awhile back. Eh, that’s enough, too any to mention.
EDIT: OP—have you not seen a 08 or 09 M3? How about an M5? You listed just about every other BMW.
nope, sorry. I the specific ones I’ve seen of 3series are 328i, 328xi, 335i, and 335xi. The 5series I’ve seen are the 528i, 528xi, 535i, and 535xi. They seem quite rare to see and probably are more expensive than their basic models.
ive seen a few “super cars” in beaverton and portland especially on 26 near the ron tonkin gran turismo dealership. lambo murcielago, lambo gallardo, Ferrari 360 spider, Ferrari F430, so many lotus elise i cant even count, and a few weeks ago i saw an audi R8 driving in downtown portland next to OHSU
Where i live in texas there are 2 GT-Rs, some merc AMGs/S class, 2 astons, audi Rs4-Rs5, bmw M3-M6, some type of maserati saloon and whatever else i see going to dallas on i-30
My commute takes me through a pretty wealthy neighborhood. So I’ve seen the usual assortment of of Mercs, BMWs, Corvettes, and Vipers. The rarest thing I saw up until recently was a Ferrari 575M. Recently however I was driving and I saw a yellow dot in my rear view a few miles back. I assumed it was a Corvette as I see those all the time. When I looked back I saw a bright Yellow Murcielago. I rolled down my window just so I could hear that great engine note as it roared by.
