Clarence Fendley

Head of News Clarence Fendley has worked for the BBC since the early 1930s. He comes from a military family and covered World War II in London. The Hour” was created from his own desire to see the presentation of news change within the BBC — and this new, weekly investigative news program allowed him the opportunity to recruit some of the best minds in the company to work together.
