Moving on – one thing I would have done more had I known I would live so long over here, and that’s travel around Europe and Africa. (Sort of related to point #1)

The politicians shout WAY more, every TV channel you turn to is ether fat men catching alligators or watching little girls get spoiled rotten, and there is no such thing as “real food” here! I’d rather live in the UK as there are many historical and cultural things to look forward to. I’d also be more than willing to assimilate into British society, plus I’d get a much better chance to start things over fresh with a clean slate and be who I really am, not what everyone wants me to be.

Cute article, I like it a lot and agree.

But yes, number two can be a misnomer. Cheaper living yes, but also lower wages and higher gas costs due to all the necessary driving around. Plus fewer job opportunities out here in the country! The fresh food in Nowheresville USA is fantastic though.
