Maple Chicken

Serves 4


4 chicken breasts
1 onion
1/2 large green bell pepper
4 oz flour
2 tbsp. butter
salt & pepper

1 clove Minced garlic
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. Vinegar
4 tbsp. Soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco/Hot sauce
1 tbsp Dry Mustard
1/2 cup Pure Natural Maple syrup


Combine flour, salt & pepper. Coat chicken pieces and saute lightly in butter until browned. Transfer to casserole dish. Chop onion and bell pepper. Sprinkle over chicken.

Pour combined Maple mixture over chicken. Cover casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Serve with roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli.
