Sebastian opened his restaurant two years ago but still can’t seem to get any customers. Now, with a new baby and a mountain of debt, Gordon is his last hope to make this restaurant a success.
Gordon discovers everything Sebastian uses is frozen and pre-processed. Also, his menu of 23 flavor combinations is confusing and disgusting. In an effort to reform the restaurant Gordon introduces fresh pizza dough and a streamlined menu, but Sebastian is so stubborn he resists Gordon’s help. On the restaurant’s biggest night Sebastian goes back to his old menu causing a lot of confusion in the kitchen. When Gordon calls him out on his poor management skills Sebastian kicks him out of the restaurant, thinking he can handle everything on his own.
Will this chef remain arrogant or take Gordon’s advice?
