As they endure a series of hilarious mismatches, bad dates, awkwardly friendly neighbors and sexually promiscuous workmates, Gil and Alice seem to be living parallel lives. In fact they're perfect for each other - it's just too bad they've never met. Trudie Styler also stars as Gil's neighbor and confidante, Irene, who's back in the game after throwing her husband out.
