EPISODE 1: Hospital

Edina is facing a crisis. "I've got a PR company with no clients and a TV company with no shows!" she cries. Bubble has e-mailed Edina's personal address book and correspondence to rival PR person Claudia Bing (Celia Imrie) and the only client left on Edina's book is Twiggy.

"I've been in worse trouble before. I shall rise again like the Phoenix!" Eddy declares. Twiggy, however, has other ideas. With her empire crumbling before her eyes, Edina knows that something has to give.

Saffy arranges an MA (Menopause Anonymous) meeting to give reluctant Patsy and Eddy the chance to share their feelings and learn to love their hormone patches with an array of weird and wonderful women. After a visit to her gynecologist, going through "the change" begins to have a dramatic effect on Patsy. A new, altogether fluffier Patsy - a domestic goddess, no less - begins to break through the hardened veneer. Will she ever be the same again?

Menopause also stars Helen Lederer as Catriona, Harriet Thorpe as Fleur, Antony Cotton as Damon, Mo Gaffney as Bo, Christopher Ryan as Marshall, Ruby Wax as Beth, Jeillo Edwards as Jeillo, Joanna Bowen as Jobo, June Whitfield as Mother, and Twiggy, Leigh Lawson and Dale Winton as themselves.

EPISODE 2: Death

After receiving news of her father's death, Edina takes the theme of mortality to heart and decides to invest in some immortal works of art. Patsy is called in to help her find the right acquisitions. Meanwhile, Saffron arranges for her deceased grandfather to lie in state - in the living room!

EPISODE 3: Morocco

Edina, Patsy and Saffron go to Morocco for a fashion shoot. Edina and Patsy use the trip as an excuse to shop for ethnic fashions, while Saffon turns her attention to the native inhabitants of the region. Back home, Bubble disables the company computer.

EPISODE 4: My New Best Friend

Edina gets into such a state about the arrival of two intimidating old friends from the 60s that words are said in haste, and Patsy and Edina each set about looking for a new best friend. But can they function without each other? Guest stars include Lulu, Britt Ekland, and fashion guru Zandra Rhodes.

EPISODE 5: Poor

Edina fears the worst - poverty. With her ex-husband threatening to cut her alimony, she takes Saffy's advice, exchanging her car for a smaller model and giving up Harrods grocery deliveries. But can Edina and Patsy really live with the idea of supermarket shopping and cutting back on staff?

EPISODE 6: Birth

Patsy's discarded cigarette sets fire to the kitchen, and the girls have a rebirthing experience when they get locked in the living room.
