Captain Jack Harkness

Captain Jack Harkness is an ex-"Time Agent" from the 51st century posing as an American volunteer to the British Royal Air Force. He is also a former rogue, and he has a long-storied history with the Doctor. Outside of his starring roles on Doctor Who, John Barrowman has also been a stalwart leading actor in musical theater throughout his long and busy career. His big break came when he starred in Cole Porter's Anything Goes. Since his stage debut, he has appeared in such musicals as Miss Saigon, Chicago, Beauty and the Beast, Sunset Boulevard, Evita, Hair, and The Phantom of the Opera.
