The headmaster made an announcement about Cassie's disappearance and wants things at school to return to normal. Things will never be normal for me ever again. Ella still wants to find Malachai, but I don't care. Then again, things are getting worse...the Seraph's have arrived. Ella said they're the rats of the spirit world. Everyone knows rats eat anything. and these rats eat souls - pure souls. She's got to set a trap with a virgin. Are there still virgins around these days? I think she has her sites set on Leon. All his sex talk has to mean he's not getting any.

I asked her why she wasn't looking for Azazeal, but she said he'll be back. Then she pulled out this beautiful amber stone on a chain. She told me that contained the Language of Angels, carved when the Angels were at war with Heaven. The person who possesses it is able to bend the laws of space and time. Her father taught her how to read it. Anyway, off she went to set her trap for Leon the Innocent. I overheard the Headmaster and Jo talking. He thinks Cassie is dead and was very shaken up. Jo looks totally shagged out. All of their talk made me so sad that I went back to my room and had a long cry. Then he appeared - Azazeal. He started in with all this nonsense about how he loved Cassie and how wanted to see me before she crossed over. He'd arrange it all, but in exchange he wants the amber amulet back.

Roxanne is just filled with curiosity about Leon and Ella and she's really laying it on thick with Jez. That collar is no protection against her. She even went to his house to unload her ...ahem, sorrow about Cassie's disappearance. She's so over the top with her talk about sex, death and being a willing recipient of pain...all the while she's half naked and putting out the come hither vibe. He'll never make it. I predict the holyman will cave and forget all about his vows.

Hard to tell with Ella...bit of a weird one, but I think that she may really like Leon. I'd say his virgin status is going to change soon. Meanwhile, I had my own pet project to work on...I had to get that amulet...I know I shouldn't but I need to see Cassie again. After I pinched it, I made my way over to see Azazeal - he was quite smug saying he knew I'd do what he asked. He told me to close my eyes, focus on Cassie and she'd be there, and she was. I wanted to find a way to die to be with her, but she said it was not meant to be. She told me I had to be strong, that Ella needed me. Then she gave me the most loving kiss...and with that kiss something passed between us. She said I'd understand when the time was right.

Even though Azazeal has the amulet, he still seems unsatisfied. He paid Jo a visit and I don't know what he did to her but she's out on leave. Ella has finally set the stage for Leon's first time, but naturally he doesn't know that it's really an opportunity to draw the Seraph out and kill it. She tied him to a tree wearing only a blindfold and his pants. Finally I understand what Cassie was telling me with her kiss. I exhaled while standing in front of my mirror and words appeared. They were a warning that Ella was in extreme danger. I grabbed that weapon of hers and ran to find her. It wasn't a Seraph after all, but a Nephalim. Luckily I got there in time. Unfortunately, Roxanne arrived there after her little tryst with the vicar to find Leon tied to a tree. Good friend that she is, she snapped a picture so he wouldn't forget his first time.
