Diary Entry Day 6

posted Saturday, January 13, 2007

Found Cassie throwing up this morning. She thought she had food poisoning. Next day - more vomiting. It can only mean one thing. We did a pregnancy test and it came up positive. I told her it's only going to get worse over the next few months. If only we knew who the father was...I'm kind of glad I can't have one. I think I'm having sympathy food cravings though - liver and onions, mmm. Hetrosexuality always causes problems.

Something's weird, the baby is growing way too fast. Then we found out that Cassie is 20 weeks pregnant. She wants a termination. On the way to the hospital Troy showed up. He wants to keep seeing her. When he found out she was pregnant he was ok with it. Cassie told him it wasn't his but he didn't believe it. Saw Peggy later. She found more info. It didn't matter that Herath died - it was essential that her child never be born, because the birth would release the demons - all 200 of them. If Cassie's child is killed, the demons will remain locked away forever. The downside is, the door between dead and living will close and I won't see Cassie ever again.

The day has arrived. 48 hours and it'll all be over. She doesn't realize what that means. As Cassie was packing for hospital, I couldn't stop crying. She's talking about New Years and our plans - just the two of us. She's so special to me. I can't bear to think I'll never see her again after today.

When we were at hospital, I realized Azazeal had gotten to her. She was having doubts about the termination so I had no choice but to tell her that the birth of her baby would release the Nephelim. He'd tried it before but was stopped and he needed to be stopped again. She wanted so badly to believe Azazeal's feelings were true. I told her she'll meet someone else and do the whole baby thing for real sans demonic release. There are plenty of men out there with devilish qualities, she doesn't have to settle for the real thing.

When she went into surgery I sat waiting - waiting to disappear from her life forever. Only problem was, when she came back in from having the operation she could still see me...Did she want the good news or the bad news?
