Cassie came back from her night out. I didn't notice at first but she was upset and shaking. I couldn't work out what she was saying, but then she confided to me that lately when she touched things, she got an electric shock. I thought it was nothing at first, but then she said that weird things had been happening to her. She said they seemed to happen when she was angry or frightened, but that she couldn't control them.

I wasn't really sure what she was on about, but then she went on to tell me what happened with Leon. She said he had come on to her really heavily. She said that at one moment, she felt so much hatred towards him that all the lights blew out and the electricity went off. She also went onto say that a woman has been appearing to her. She won't leave her alone, and she thinks she's trying to warn her about something. While she was telling me all this she was staring at the vase she'd found the other day. I went to pick it up but she shouted at me not to touch it.

Next day we saw Leon but we ignored him. Then, later on some really weird things happened. In art class, Leon was taking the piss out of Cassie for not having sex, when all of a sudden a mobile above his head went alight and dropped on to him setting his trousers on fire. Didn't really give it much thought, but then I realized that Cassie was the one who caused the fire today. She just chalked it up to divine retribution but I'm not too sure.

Went to party tonight and the place was packed with all the usual suspects. Cassie told me she's gone off men. I really hope so. Out of nowhere, Leon fell over a wire and spilled a drink all over Troy and his girlfriend. Interesting because Cassie disappeared straight afterward and when I went to find her, she was flirting with Troy - who was half naked and washing his shirt! I know she fancies him, so I left. She followed me out and we had a fight. She thinks she can do what she likes because she knows how I feel about her. She said she feels the same - but not in the same way. I don't believe it. Why would she talk about giving up blokes if it weren't true? The truth is, she can't admit her feelings for me. We've both felt it but she can't deal with it. I couldn't take any more so I walked off.

Next thing I knew I was blindfolded and tied to a chair. Cassie was there too, and I heard a man's voice talking about Rachel's sacrifice and that he was losing power. He said that a sacrifice must be willing if it is to be a true sacrifice. What the hell is going on? Cassie offered herself to him to save me. When she said that, the ties on my hands loosened. I tried to grab her, but he stabbed me. I fell into Cassie's arms but it was too late, I was dead. The next thing I know, I'm at my own bloody funeral. Larger than life, well sort of. Everyone was loving it - crying, looking sad. Cassie got a bit of a fright when she saw me but then seemed happy - I think...
