Gabriel Thompson made his acting debut in a cereal commercial when he was just four years old.
Since then, Gabriel has appeared in a number of acclaimed productions, including Painted Lady in 1997 and BBC/PBS's Great Expectations.
Gabriel found My Family and the comedy genre an exciting challenge. "I think it is a lot scarier than anything else I have done, especially as it is filmed in front of a live audience. You have to learn to play with the audience during recording, which is tricky, and you hope beyond all things that they laugh and enjoy themselves."
