The final three chefs make it to New York after a grueling cross-country journey. The chefs each set up their street carts, which are placed on a crossroads in the Flatiron District of New York City. Each cart is stocked with basic ingredients and the following; Bison, offal, goat meat and pigs’ feet!The chefs have three hours to make the most profit. The chef with the most money wins the challenge and a place in the final cook-off. After only two remain, the finalists compete in a rooftop showdown, where special guest chef Todd English helps Richard Corrigan judge who will take the title of the best chef, and win the $100,000 prize!
