Only 8 chefs remain as the teams head to St. Louis, Missouri after a hot sauce road selling challenge. The team with the winning public “demo” of their hot sauce wins. The chefs then must produce a smoked plate and three sides at Pappy’s Smokehouse in St. Louis, where they will be judged by Mike ‘Smokey’ Emerson and Richard Corrigan. The worst dish is eliminated.
