(Makes 4 glasses)
- 2 bananas
- 3 cups frozen or fresh mixed berries
- 4 cups apple juice / or milk
- This recipe makes a thick smoothie like a milkshake, if you want it a bit thinner just add more juice. Whizz all ingredients together in a big blender until smooth. Use frozen berries if you want an extra cold smoothie.
- Use milk if you want a creamier tasting smoothie, or apple juice for a more refreshing smoothie. Also I sometimes like to add a spoonful or two of natural yoghurt. Experiment, have fun and make your healthy fruit smoothies your own creation.
