Pulled Pork Sandwich with Homemade BBQ Sauce

One of Team U.S. chef Stan’s Winning Elimination Recipes

• Pork Tenderloin
• Pork Steak
• Cumin
• Paprika
• Granulated garlic
• Granulated onion
• Chili powder
• Brown sugar
• Kosher salt
• Cayenne pepper
• Black pepper
• White pepper
• Butter

Combine all the spices and rub into tenderloin and steaks. Set in the fridge. In the meantime
make your own bbq sauce. I personally like UNCLE SAMMY’S from CHEF RACE!
Substitute some good store bought if you don’t have time to make your own!
Remove pork from fridge and let come to room temperature. Have your smoker ready and set
around 250 degrees. Put pork into smoker for approximately one hour or until done.
Use the best rolls you can find and lightly butter and grill the rolls. Slice pork nice and thin. Pile
pork and a bunch of sauce on roll and serve. Serve with some killer coleslaw on top of pork or on
the side.
