Winner of the Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Award 2010 for “Best Newcomer,” Roisin Conaty is a multi-talented writer and performer. She brings her distinctive style of stand-up to theaters all over the country.
Since winning the Edinburgh Comedy Award, Roisin has appeared on “Have I Got News For You” (BBC1), BBC Three’s hit show “Russell Howard’s Good News,” Victoria Wood’s “The Angina Monologues” for Sky One, “Dave’s One Night Stand” for Dave channel and E4’s new talent show “Show and Tell.” She has also appeared on “The News Quiz” (Radio 4), Arthur Smith’s “Balham Bash” (Radio 4), Russell Kane’s “Whistle Stop Tour” (Radio2) and “It’s Your Round” (Radio 4).
Roisin is not just a talented stand-up, she is also a gifted character comic who can switch between roles seamlessly. She performs as one half of “The Cakes” and is currently working on a number of ideas for TV and Radio, including developing a script for Channel 4.
As well as winning the coveted Edinburgh Comedy Award, Roisin has also won the Laughing Horse New Act Award and been a finalist in the Amused Moose and Funny Women Competitions. Roisin returned to the Edinburgh Festival in August 2011 with her new solo show, “Destiny’s Dickhead.”
London-born Matt Kirshen’s wit has earned him an impressive reputation on the international comedy circuit. Most recently his appearances have earned him a whole new host of fans in the United States and other countries worldwide.
Zack Kahn is a Los Angeles-based comedian/actor and writer/director. Named ‘one of the best one-liner writers of his generation’ by Stage Time Magazine, Kahn is a published author (‘Prose and Kahns’) and has written hundreds of TV commercials and segments for clients.
Winner of the Amused Moose Laugh-off Competition, Chortle ‘Best Newcomer’ Nominee 2010, and runner-up in ‘So You Think You’re Funny,’ Naz Osmanoglu, has hit the London comedy circuit running.
Tom Sibley is a comic, actor, and writer. Along with appearing in countless basic cable television commercials for anything from golf clubs to cameras, Tom recently played both Casey Kasem and Jim Morrison in the Warner Bros. Sound web series ‘Beach Dudes.’
