After arriving at the Ionian Nebula and locating a clue leading to Earth, the Fleet has found itself surrounded by Cylons and facing a hopeless battle. In this critical time, the newly self-aware Cylons within the fleet–Sam Anders, Saul Tigh, Galen Tyrol and Tory Foster (Rekha Sharma)–all fear that they might be taken over by Cylon programming at any moment.

Kara Thrace, thought to have been dead, has just reappeared in her Viper to the astonishment of Lee Adama and the entire crew. She tells everyone that she has found the way to Earth… but it’s a different path than the “clue” they’re following.

Meanwhile, Gauis Baltar finds himself swept into the seductive arms of a cult of people–mostly young women–who dote on him as a holy man.
