The first trailer was released yesterday (December 19) for Miracle Workers, a new sitcom starring Daniel Radcliffe as a low-level angel called Craig.

Imagine The Good Place crossed with The I.T. Crowd, and you’ll start to get the idea:

Joining Daniel is Steve Buscemi, who plays his “boss” God, a slacker deity who’s checked out and is threatening to blow up Earth. It falls to poor old Craig to save the planet, with the help of co-workers Eliza (BlockersGeraldine Viswanathan), Sam (Jon Bass), Sanjay (Deadpool‘s Karan Soni), Laura (Sasha Compère) and Rosie (The Spy Who Dumped Me‘s Lolly Adefope).

It marks Daniel’s first foray into television since starring with Jon Hamm in A Young Doctor’s Notebook in 2013. Since then he’s popped up plenty of times on stage and the big screen, such as last year’s Jungle and Swiss Army Man.

It’s also his first out-and-out comedy role since he hammed it up as a horny teenage version of himself in Extras in 2006. That proved he’s got comedy chops; we’ll have to wait and see if this show gives him a chance to use them.

Miracle Workers premieres on TBS on February 12.
