Kristin Scott Thomas (The English Patient) is hosting a party at her London flat and you’re invited. Okay, okay, we should clarify: Thomas portrays a woman by the name of Janet in the forthcoming film The Party. She and her husband, played by Timothy Spall (Harry Potter), are actually the ones putting together the intimate gathering.

But, you are very welcome to watch when the dark comedy hits theaters on February 16, 2018.

The get together is meant to celebrate Janet’s success in politics. But she’s kind of on her own in terms of planning because her husband’s mind seems to be elsewhere.

There is A LOT going on in the trailer — what shocked you the most?
