Welcome to this week’s Doctor Who‘s Day roundup, a great big hug-up of as much Whovian stuff and nonsense as we could carry from a week of intense internet creation.

And we begin this week with a new spin on an old fan favorite, in crossover terms. Back to the Future and Doctor Who share a few common ideas, not least the central character of an eccentric scientist with a time machine who goes by the name of Doctor. Over the years, fans have enjoying mashing the two realities together, like in this very recent clip, in which the first Back to the Future is re-explained using the chameleon arch, in which both the Doctor and Doc Brown turn out to the same person:

This came just a day after this retelling of the events at the end of Back to the Future III, in which the Tenth Doctor helps Marty McFly open the door of the Delorean, using string:

Or there’s this, from April of this year, a retooling of the Doctor Who Season 10 teaser, using the iconic Back to the Future score by Alan Silvestri:

This holds the crossover gold star, however, the animated version by James Farr from 2012:
