Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown got her start in acting at the age of eight (she’s now 12). We were first introduced to her when she starred in the BBC America series Intruders. We’re not saying we discovered her or anything, but if you want to take it that way, well, we won’t stop you (and we’ll share the credit with you, having watched Intruders, too).
Prior to Intruders, Millie starred in two episodes of the ABC series Once Upon a Time in Wonderland as young Alice in 2013.
She’s a pretty busy girl but not too busy to stop and chat with Anglophenia’s Maude Garrett at the BBC America BAFTA TV Tea event (September 17), which took place the day before the 2016 Emmys. Millie talked to Maude about other celebrities coming up to her and congratulating her on her work. She was a little caught off guard when approached by Scream Queens star Lea Michele, which you can check out in the below clip:
