Star Wars: The Force Awakens breakout star Daisy Ridley is not wasting any time in racking up new roles.

Ridley is already attached to the war drama The Lost Wife, the Shakespeare spinoff Ophelia, and the fantasy thriller Kolma (with Star Wars director J.J. Abrams producing).

And now it’s been announced she’s set to star in Chaos Walking, based on the young adult trilogy by Patrick Ness (the author behind the upcoming Doctor Who spinoff Class).

The story follows a boy named Todd Hewitt. He lives in Prentisstown, which is solely made up of men. Something is up in Prentisstown, where everyone can hear everyone else’s thoughts.

Ness writes in the first novel of the series, The Knife of Never Letting Go, “The Noise is a man unfiltered, and without a filter, a man is just chaos walking.” Hewitt stumbles upon a spot in Prentisstown where he finds silence.

While providing him with solace, the discovery also creates confusion for Hewitt.

Ridley is the only actor cast so far, with the role of Todd Hewitt yet to have an actor attached. We should point out that while the town is made up of only men, there are female characters who enter the story (in case anyone was scratching their head as to where Ridley comes in).

Chaos Walking will be directed by Doug Liman (Edge of Tomorrow, Jumper), with a release date to be announced.
