A select audience was treated to a preview of the first episode of the new season of Game of Thrones at a premiere in Hollywood on Sunday (April 10), leaving the rest of us to wait until it airs on HBO on April 24.

The God of Seven has taken pity on us, however, and released a new trailer, giving us a further two minutes and three seconds’ worth of footage to pore over:

Phew! We spotted the White Walkers, the return of Gemma Whelan as Yara Greyjoy and an extremely dead, absolutely not alive Jon Snow. How about you?

Fan of the show Fallofmen10 posted a particularly keen-eyed observation on Reddit: that the backdrop behind Sansa in the first trailer and the backdrop behind Davos in this new trailer are very similar. Could this suggest a meeting or partnership between the two?

Needless to say the internet has exploded with theories.

And if that weren’t enough, HBO also released three short clips from episodes one and three, the most exciting of which (*WARNING: the following descriptions might contain spoilers if you have not watched to the end of season five*) focuses on Sansa and Theon just after they escape Winterfell and the clutches of the dastardly Ramsay.

The second features siblings/lovers Cersei and Jaime Lannister as they mourn the loss of their daughter, Myrcella. And last but not least, Emilia Clarke’s Daenerys is seen being pushed along by the Dothraki horde who have captured her.

It’s all tantalizing stuff, which gets us even more excited about the season premiere. Just another twelve days to wait, guys. C’mon now. We can do it.
