Emotions can really throw off your day, interrupting thoughts and activities. Okay, we say that in jest, because clearly having feelings is a part of human nature.

But in the forthcoming film Equals, nobody has emotions. It’s actually deemed a crime to love in the dystopian community, according to the recently released trailer.

Kristen Stewart (Twilight) and Nicholas Hoult (X-Men) and Kristen Stewart (Twilight) take on the lead roles in director Drake Doremus’ forthcoming sc-fi romance thriller. The two live in a community where the members are actually told when to eat, because they don’t feel hunger themselves. That’s until a “disease” breaks out, and Hoult and Stewart’s characters begin to feel.

Equals is set to hit U.S. theaters on July 15, 2016. The film, written by Nathan Parker (Moon), also stars Guy Pearce and Jacki Weaver.
