Tom Hiddleston has his hands full with the release of High-Rise and the forthcoming AMC series The Night Manager, both premiering stateside in 2016.
But that doesn’t deter fans from taking to Twitter and voting for him as the next James Bond. It’s actually the first look of the latter project that has started this campaign.
Seeing Hiddleston in full-fledged secret agent mode in The Night Manager has set off a flurry of pro-Bond tweets:

Hiddleston hasn’t responded to any of the Bond tweets, but he did write a piece about being a spy for the RadioTimes:

His write-up has us thinking now. Bond is one thing, but we’re seeing more writing in his future. Say, mystery novelist? Or even penning children’s books: He is good with the wee ones.
Hiddleston is currently filming 2017’s Kong: Skull Island and is signed on to return as Loki for Thor: Ragnarok, also in 2017.
We wonder what Tom thinks about all this chatter?
