Sir Ian McKellen stopped by L.A.’s Fine Arts Theatre to chat about the opposite sex, specifically, “Women I’ve Filmed With,” reports Out Magazine.

McKellen sat on stage, sharing intimate stories with the audience like they were all at a dinner party.

One woman he’s worked with and was keen to talk about is Dame Maggie Smith. The two starred opposite each other in 1995’s Richard III and 1999’s David Copperfield.

McKellen kicked off the anecdotal monologue, saying, “Maggie’s got a tongue on her.”
