Graham Norton welcomes (left to right) Rupert Everett, Miranda Hart, Greg Davies, and Electro Velvet’s Bianca Nicholas and Alex Larke. (BBCA)

Graham Norton‘s couch is spilling over with Brits in this week’s episode of The Graham Norton Show (May 16) featuring guests Rupert Everett, Miranda Hart, comedian Greg Davies and musical guest Electro Velvet.

BBC regulars Everett (Parade’s End) and Hart (Miranda) swung by to chat about their new films A Royal Night Out and Spy, respectively. A Royal Night Out is based on true events detailing Queen Elizabeth II‘s request as a young girl for a night out. Spy stars Melissa McCarthy as a bored CIA employee who finds her desk job stagnant. While the films are very different, they each revolve around a woman craving a little bit of freedom, and both look like a lot of fun.

Everett portrays King George in the trailer for A Royal Night Out:

Here’s a peek at Hart as the loyal best friend in the Spy trailer:

Of course, the actors’ intent is to talk about their films, but it’s easy to go off-topic like when Hart spills the beans about her awkward moment with Prince Harry in the below clip:

You probably recognize Greg Davies, who is sitting in the center on the couch, but may not necessarily be able to place him. He starred as the buttoned-up high school teacher Mr. Gilbert in the hit series The Inbetweeners.

Here’s a clip of him giving Simon Bird an earful on the misgivings of teachers:

Davies reprised his role of Mr. Gilbert in The Inbetweeners Movie and The Inbetweeners 2. He also starred in Man Down (2013-2014) and Cuckoo (2012-2014). Davies is currently working on his own online show Taskmasters, which challenges guest comedians with random tasks. Prior to his acting career he was an actual teacher. The stand-up comedian stopped by The Graham Norton Show to do some sit-down comedy telling the story about the time he was nominated for Teacher of the Year:

Graham likes to mix up the chat with music, and this week he has invited the British duo Electro Velvet to perform. Their single “Still in Love with You” was just nominated this past March to represent the U.K. in the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Austria, Vienna, on May 23, 2015.

You can check out the song in the below video:

We can’t wait to hear the guests’ stories in full and get our swing on with Electro Velvet this Saturday at 10/9c.
