What’s that? ANOTHER Colin Firth movie trailer? What’s he trying to do, out-Benedict everyone in the Cumberpatch?

And if yesterday’s spy comedy The Secret Service plays to the archetype of the British spy, Woody Allen’s latest invokes another well-known form of British character altogether, the professional skeptic.

Colin plays Stanley, a 1920s stage performer who goes out as the Chinese mystic Wei Ling Soo, complete with bald cap and stage whiskers. He also makes a hobby of exposing self-proclaimed psychics as frauds, or at least he does until he meets a charming young lady by the name of Sophie, played by Emma Stone.
