Today, the popular singing star Adele went to Buckingham Palace to receive an MBE for services to music. Her most notable service being to sell bucketloads of her two albums to date—”19″ and “21″—all over the world.

The latter has even been named as Amazon’s best-selling album of all time.

You can see her with her medal above, and there’s also this footage of the ceremony, in which she shares a silent joke with Prince Charles:
