PHOTOS: Black Carpet Premiere of ‘The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug’

The next installment of Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit trilogy, The Desolation of Smaug doesn’t hit U.S. theaters until Decemeber 13 but New Line Cinema rolled out the black carpet to kick off the Los Angeles premiere at the Dolby Theater on Monday night, December 2, 2013.
