After dazzling us with a detailed video journey through 50 years of Doctor Who, the BBC has released a blockbuster trailer that contains footage from the show’s 50th anniversary special, “The Day of the Doctor.” The trailer prominently features Matt Smith, David Tennant, and John Hurt all playing versions of the Doctor, with Jenna Coleman as Clara. And then there’s Billie Piper, whose striking appearance in this trailer may spark a lot of speculation about how she’ll be used in the special.

“The Day of the Doctor” will premiere on BBC AMERICA in a global simulcast Saturday, November 23 at 2:50 pm ET. On Friday, November 22 at 9/8c, BBC AMERICA will premiere An Adventure in Space and Time, a drama about the early development and production of the series starring David Bradley as First Doctor William Hartnell.
