British starlet Sienna Miller is the most recent addition to Bennet Miller’s Foxcatcher detailing the true story of the murder of an Olympic wrestler by John du Pont, according to ComingSoon.net. Miller rounds out the cast joining comedic heavy hitter Steve Carell, charmer Channing Tatum and the always solid Mark Ruffalo.

Miller, the director of Capote and Moneyball, takes on the true-life story that centers on John du Pont, a paranoid schizophrenic and heir to the du Pont chemical fortune who shot and killed Olympic gold medal-winning wrestler David Schultz in 1996. Miller is set to play the wife of Schultz.

Miller has been off the grid for some time with her most memorable performance being back in the 2006 Andy Warhol biopic Factory Girl.

Indie Wire writer Kevin Jagernauth commented on Miller’s career saying, “She’s been underrated and perhaps plagued by movies that never quite turn out the way they should have.” Jagernauth predicts she’ll “get another chance to shine” in HBO’s Alfred Hitchcock tale The Girl playing the actress Tippi Hedren airing Saturday, October 12 at 9/8c.

Do you think Sienna Miller still has the chance to make her mark?
