Kaya Scodelario, best known as the not-so-innocent Effy on BBC AMERICA’s Skins, is starring as Cathy in the latest big-screen adaptation of Emily Brontë‘s classic tortured romance Wuthering Heights, adapted by Oscar-winning director Andrea Arnold. Her Heathcliff is played by James Howson, notably the first black actor to take on the role immortalized by Laurence Olivier in the 1939 film.
