Jessie J Sticks To Her Word

Singer Jessie J is living up to her promise to shed her trademark black bob in the name of charity. After announcing over a year ago that she wanted to shave her head in order to raise funds, the details have now been confirmed via Twitter.

Jessie J Tweeted: “I am SO excited and honoured to be able to finally officially announce I will be shaving my head LIVE for you ALL to watch in March 2013 for Comic Relief: Red Nose Day #letsraisesomemoney.” 

Her Twitter account reaches 5.75 million followers, according to Hello! Daily News. The Price Tag singer has a target goal of raising £1 million for good causes each year.

She makes a great point saying via Twitter, “My hair will grow back.”

It will!

The big  event will be broadcast on live television in March 2013.
